Every site is written by hand — no page-builder bloat — so it loads in well under a second and works properly on a phone. Each one below uses the business's own photographs and its own information.
Straight answer about these: they are preview builds for businesses I approached this week, made before asking. None of them are paying clients. They are here so you can judge the standard rather than take my word for it.

I'm an independent web developer based in Granada, Spain, and I work with small businesses in the US and the UK. I build sites by hand rather than assembling them in a page builder, which is why they load fast and why I can turn one around in a day.
Building first and invoicing afterwards is deliberate. You have no way of knowing whether a stranger's work is any good until you see it, so I'd rather show you than ask you to take my word for it.
There isn't one, but the honest version is: building the site is the cheapest way for me to prove it's worth buying. Most people say no, and that's fine — the ones who say yes are worth it.

You do, once it's paid for — including the source files. There's no subscription and nothing stopping you moving it elsewhere.
I point the new site at the domain you already own; your email is untouched. If you don't have a domain I'll help you register one (that's paid directly to the registrar, usually around $12 a year).
