I build it

I take your business — your services, your photos, your reviews, your hours — and build a complete website. Not a mockup or a template preview. The finished site.

You look at it

You get a live link. Open it on your phone, show it to whoever you want, sleep on it. Ask me for changes and I'll make them. There is no charge for any of this.

You decide

Want it? Pay $449 and I point it at your domain the same day. Don't want it? Reply "no thanks" and it comes down. That's the whole risk.

Who you're dealing with

I'm an independent web developer based in Granada, Spain, and I work with small businesses in the US and the UK. I build sites by hand rather than assembling them in a page builder, which is why they load fast and why I can turn one around in a day.

Building first and invoicing afterwards is deliberate. You have no way of knowing whether a stranger's work is any good until you see it, so I'd rather show you than ask you to take my word for it.

Questions

What's the catch?

There isn't one, but the honest version is: building the site is the cheapest way for me to prove it's worth buying. Most people say no, and that's fine — the ones who say yes are worth it.

Do I have to give you anything up front?

No. No deposit and no card details. If I've emailed you a link, the site is already built.

What if I want changes?

Tell me and I'll make them before you pay anything. Two more rounds are included after that.

Who owns the site?

You do, once it's paid for — including the source files. There's no subscription and nothing stopping you moving it elsewhere.

What about my domain and email?

I point the new site at the domain you already own; your email is untouched. If you don't have a domain I'll help you register one (that's paid directly to the registrar, usually around $12 a year).

How do I pay?

PayPal or bank transfer, after you've approved the site. You get a proper invoice.
